It’sMarch 2024 and lots of things are happening at Chair Crazy at the beginning of yet another new financial year. In both our Woodstock showroom in Cape Town and at our Midrand showroom in Johannesburg.

Perhaps the biggest news is that our new e-commerce enabled website (web shop) at www.chaircrazy.co.za is now open for business 24-7-365. If you’re buying furniture for your own home you can now shop online. For everything we sell. Much easier and quicker from computer screen to front door. And no traffic jams to contend with. Or parking bays to find.Our trade web shop will be up and working before the end of March. If not before.

We also have containers coming in from Turkey, Spain and the Far-East so there’s lots of new stock arriving – dining chairs and tables, office chairs and desks, outdoor furniture, occasional chairs, restaurant/cafe chairs, coffeeshop stools – you name it, we’re getting it.

Thirdly, we’re starting a blog. Chair Crazy is an integral part of the local hospitality industry and we absolutely love it. The industry is all about creating pleasurable experiences and most of these start with a good table and chair. We talk to people in the industry in our showrooms all the time and read all the hospitality news, so we’ll share it with you if we think it is interesting and informative. Whether your selling bed nights, meals, entertainment, venues, flights or enjoyable activities, we’ll find something for you to sink your teeth into. The more we know about the hospitality industry and what’s going down, the better positioned we are to cater for its specific needs.
